Never done Pilates? Are you worried about exercise? Maybe you are an active person but you really want to exercise more precisely?
This introduction course goes into the fundamentals of Pilates mat exercises and a little into your anatomy too, you will develop an understanding of how your spine works, your posture, and the language and principles of Pilates. It's the perfect start to a more mindful intelligent exercise regime and one that will help you in all aspects of modern life.
All our classes are focused on practicing good movement patterns so the class sizes are small. We want you to know why you're exercising too so we give loads of feedback and hands-on correction. This means you will get to know what is good, what to avoid and how to look after yourself while working hard. We want the exercise to be a pleasure and something to help you enjoy life more not a burden or something that just leaves you hurting more.
