Most free online workouts have no limit of participant numbers. Not even the best instructors will be able to check on you, you will just be copying a routine.
We keep our classes small, usually 12 people.
Our teachers will make sure you do each exercise correctly, every time.
Classes are very personal there’s time to have a chat before had and over time we will get to know you. We’ll learn your strengths and where you struggle, so we know when to push you and when to offer alternative exercises.
