Try Pilates Online the way it was intended. Small classes, with real personal teacher feedback. Make every exercise count and feel the benefits of better alignment, posture and a stronger core but from the comfort of your home.
Our Beginner Friendly classes follow the same format of our signature Core Mat class. They have a slower pace though and rely on simpler exercises so you can settle into classes, learn the lingo and most importantly you feel like you know what you’re doing.
You’re still going to get a good workout and maybe even discover some movements and muscles you didn’t know you had.
What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
