At Northants Pilates we want to make sure you get the most out of your body and the most value from our classes. If you’ve not done Pilates before the terminology can be a little confusing. Don’t worry there’s nothing mystical about what we do, modern Pilates is guided by the most up-to-date exercise science. We have Introduction courses and beginner friendly classes to help you settle in, we won’t always book you straight into our regular classes. We want to know we have the right fit for you, so you and your classmates experience a smooth session and get a good workout.

We don’t teach just anybody - We teach YOUR body

We offer private tuition but our group classes are also kept small so we can give everyone more attention. We want you to understand exactly why you’re doing each exercise and how to tailor your workout to suit your needs. Whether you’re here to tackle aches and pains or have other personal exercise goals, we want to help you feel real change.


So, how do you get started?

  1. Check below for booking options for your area and preferred class. Or click here

  2. Find an introduction that suits your level of experience. This might be a full Introduction Course or, just a few beginner level classes.

  3. After your introduction we’ll help you book a regular class. You can find our full calendar and term times here, we run in 6-7 week blocks.

  4. We will also help you choose a suitably payment options. Lots of our classes require a membership or we have PAYG booking options too check our payment options here.
