I can't get any sound or picture on Zoom

This is usually because you haven't given Zoom permission to use your microphone or camera when it starts up. Or check your sound level is not set low..I know, but I have done that myself!

There is a pop up as you join a Zoom session that asks permission for both microphone and camera. Ensure you say yes to these otherwise you won't have any sound or vision.

Sometimes you might need to investigate a bit deeper, it can be affect by your devices App Permissions.
