Online Classes - The Basics and FAQs

Our online classes can be either booked with Pay-As-You-Go class packs or we can set up a weekly reservation for you via a direct debit. With online classes being fast and convenient to join and as many of us are still working from home, we wanted to open up our schedule and make booking flexible. Beginners will need to attend a foundation course or online 1-2-1 first before moving on to regular classes.

If you want to permanently reserve a regular weekly space

So you don't have to keep booking each week our Stability Monthly direct debit membership is perfect. £26.00 a month, which you can cancel with 10 days notice but you must pay for each term you attend in full. We’ll create a final bill or refund for you if you do stop your membership. Overpaid we will refund you, underpaid we would ask you to pay the top up.

WANT TO DO EXTRA CLASS/ES ON AN AD HOC BASIS?

Regardless of your membership, you can book extra classes any time. Just buy a PAYG class pack and book into any class you would like to do, it's a great way to do classes with props or try a different level or teacher.

If you prefer to dip in and out as life is more fluid

Our PAYG packages will allow you to do just that.

All class booking is now completed via the online booking system. Beginners will be given access after completing the foundation course.

How do I actually join the class once I’ve booked it?

You will get an email 24 hours and 20 minutes before your class starts. This email will have a unique link for your teacher’s virtual studio. You can click on that link 10 minutes before class starts which will begin a Zoom video conference call where you’ll find your teacher.

Do I need to create a zoom account?

No, but it will make life a bit easier. Creating a named account means your teacher knows exactly who’s trying to join class.

Is it safe and secure, I’ll only see my classmates and teacher?

Only our clients will receive the addresses to our virtual studios, so only they will be able to knock on the studio door, so to speak. Also, your teacher has to approve everyone logging in to the class so if they see a name they don’t recognise that person can’t get in. All the more reason to have a named Zoom account.
