Terms and Conditions for ALL class packs

STABILITY CLASS PACKS

Give you priority booking for a regular weekly class ahead of Flexibility PAYG packs.

You can leave any time but must pay in full for any term attending.

You can swap out of any pre booked class any time if something comes up just for that session, it does not affect your ongoing booking for that class.

Or you can request a permanent class change by contacting us and we can advise of spaces in other classes.

You can swop out of any pre booked class up to 8 hours before it begins and re-use your credit any time. If you leave after that period, you lose your class usage. Please do leave if you can at any time particularly if there is a waiting list for that class.

FLEXIBILITY CLASS PACKS

Allow you to dip in and out of any class any time. All Flexibility class packs have limited life spans – ensure you use your sessions up before the expiry date.

You can swop out of any pre booked class up to 8 hours before it begins and re-use your credit any time. If you leave after that period, you lose your class. Please do leave if you can at any time particularly if there is a waiting list for that class.

We do not give refunds for missed classes. We continue to keep our standards as high as we can with small classes and as hands on as we can. We can only do that if we are paid!
