Pilates Beginner Friendly Mat

Tuesday, August 8th at 6 PM AT THE CRICKET GROUND

This is our signature Pilates class, but made a little more beginner friendly. Dip your toe into the Pilates world and experience some of the benefits, without being overwhelmed on terminology and very difficult classical exercises. 

Our Beginner Friendly classes follow the same format of our signature Core Mat class. They have a slower pace though and rely on simpler exercises so you can settle into our regular classes and learn the lingo, while learning a little more about yourself too.

We will still make sure you mobilise all important joints, wakes vital (and often forgotten muscles) and engage your core! There’s so much more to enjoy as all our classes and teachers are a little unique. However you’ll come away with more of an understanding of Pilates, your body and how our classes work.
