In our Core classes we will mobilise your spines and stimulate all the important muscles that may have gone to sleep in daily life, particularly if you've been trapped at home during this pandemic. We'll make your hips, core and back work while stretching and easing out tight shoulders and stiff lower-backs.
What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
