Online Core Mat with Optional Props

Maintain your Pilates rhythm over the break, there’s no need to let your core rest! In our Core classes we will mobilise your spines and stimulate all the important muscles that may have gone to sleep in daily life.. We'll make your hips, core and back work while stretching and easing out tight shoulders and stiff lower-backs. And if you want to make the class a little more fun and challenging you can add props from the list below
Optional Pilates Props list: Small balls, hand weights, resistance bands or loops.
What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
