Relaxation Pilates, Open to Everyone

Move your way into relaxation. Yes you can exercise your way into peace! This gentle 1-hour is open to everyone, so long as you have no serious back issues. We will focus on a small selection of signature Pilates exercises. We can then focus on the details, improving your movement and making sure you can feel it precisely in your body .

This makes the whole experience very accessible and quite mindful. And being extra aware of your body and the sensations of movement, will make it easier to move more precisely, whatever it is you like to do. 

Personal fitness isn’t all about sweat, panting and muscle burn. Supple joints, with good movement patterns and great body awareness massively contribute to improved performance. Not to mention it’s sometimes just nice to chill for a moment in our stressful world.
