Online Core Mat with Props

Stay mobile, nimble and warm over the winter break! In our Core classes we will mobilise your spines and stimulate all the important muscles that may have gone to sleep in daily life.. We'll make your hips, core and back work while stretching and easing out tight shoulders and stiff lower-backs. And if you want to make the class a little more fun and challenging you can add props from the list below
Optional Pilates Props list: Small balls, hand weights, resistance bands or loops.
How do Online classes work? You need a decent camera phone, laptop or tablet. 24 hours and 20 minutes before class starts you will be emailed a Zoom link, to join the virtual studio.
Before joining, make sure:
- You have a space to exercise in, and lay down in.
- If you're not on the carpet, have a grippy mat or rug so your back and knees will be comfortable.
- Have a good spot where you can position your phone/tablet so that we can check posture and alignment.
What do you need: You will need a laptop, tablet or phone with decent webcam. A decent internet connection and space to comfortably move in. It’s best if you have a laptop or tablet so you can see us demonstrating exercises. We have a guide on how to prepare for online classes here
