Our Christmas dinner last year was a triumph thanks to Kirsty and the Fosse Cock! I kid you not. The most flavourful chicken we’ve had in years. They believe in sustainable farming and their herd of Highland cattle, sheep, pigs all live happy lives totally free range, slow grown, not an antibiotic in sight and with attention to what they eat ensures the flavour and nutritional content of the meat transfers to your plate and palate.
