I can't get into my Teamup account..check the spelling in your email address!

Your teamup account username is your email address and whatever password you choose when you set it up.

The most common reason people cannot get access is because of a spelling mistake in putting in your email address. In this case, you end up starting to create a new email account. Then you discover that none of your registrations are there, or any class packs either.

We have asked Teamup to make it clearer that there is no account linked to the misspelled email address to avoid this happening.

Can't remember your password..ask to reset it. We can't help with this.
