Here is the written guide on how to leave and book another class.

The below guides explain in detail how you can swap out and in of classes. The steps provided are both for Teamup mobile app and website. Please bear in mind that you have to unregister from a Mat class 8 hours before it starts, and 24 hours before our Reformer classes and don't forget there is a dark period overnight that affects these times too.

1. Login to your Teamup account or open your app. Please remember all emails and passwords are personal, we won't know these but you can reset passwords on the login page.

2. Find your class reservations in the attendances page on the mobile app see the YELLOW arrow below...Or the home page on your computer see RED ARROW below.

3. On the Home/Attendances find the class that you want to leave.

4. Once you've found the class, tap on it to find the leave button. A pop up will appear where you can confirm you're leaving the class. You'll only leave this class, your other bookings will be ok.

5. After leaving the class, if you left on time, you'll be able to book another. Click on Schedule to look for the class you want to swap to.

6. You can use the filter option to choose the instructor, venue and type of class. You can also use the calendar to select the date you prefer.

7. Once you found your class, tap on it to register.

8. Select your available membership to use and click on Book now to register to the class.

9. Once registered, it will now say that you are attending the class.

To book another class... If it’s asking you to buy a class pack – it means that you don’t have an active class pack for that session. That could be because you have run out or you don’t have any spare uses on your current class pack or that it might be outside of our term dates – anything run in the holidays are not included in the term packs.

If you think you should have a class pack to use, you will need to let us know. Be aware that if you pull out of a mat class less than 8 hours before the start, or a reformer class less than 24 hours, that class pack has gone, and you cannot use it again.

Stability Direct Debit memberships give you 39 uses a year over the 6 blocks. The Flexibility PAYG memberships are date sensitive.
