Not getting emails?

If you are not getting pre class emails there are a couple of things you can check.

  1. Check your personal Teamup Account and make sure that you have ticked the box to receive email notifications. See the picture below or click here to watch a video showing you where to find this.
  1. Whitelist our email address. Sometimes adding our (karen@northantspilates.com) to your address book can help. To find out how to do this with your email provider click here for step by step instructions. Make sure you are whitelisting our address not the one mentioned in the article by Teamup!

BT CUSTOMERS..if your email address is a BT one, be aware they have the strongest spam filters. 9 times out of 10 if somene says they are not getting emails, when we check its invariably a BT one.

  1. ** Still not getting through?** Let us know and we can ask Teamup to see if you have inadvertently unsubscribed and you are on their excluded list. If this is the case, you can simply email them and ask to be put back on the list.
