Jane Dann

BACKGROUND
Jane originally qualified as a dietitian and later moved into IT. Following a back injury in 2004 she was recommended Pilates by her physiotherapist. Shortly after, she decided to change career completely and become a Pilates teacher, qualifying with Body Control Pilates in 2006.

Jane had back surgery with Mr Birch and neck surgery with Mr Cadoux-Hudson and knows how important Pilates was in her recovery. Her experience has given her an even deeper understanding of how to help people with back and neck pain.

Jane is a very passionate Pilates teacher, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge on a personal and professional level. Jane is based in Bromham but teaches in Olney, Newport Pagnell and Aspley Guise as well as Northampton.
