LOLA ADEKANMBI
Lola started her Pilates practice many years ago as a way of improving her general fitness, then the gym closed, she moved on to the next and could not find a decent class. After suffering with a back injury, made worse by sedentary work, someone recommended Northants Pilates, and from the very first visit it felt much more appropriate than the gyms she had previously attended, the personal attention and quality of care quickly got her back to full fitness, and she had discovered a new love.
Later as part of her drive to do more of what makes her happy she decided to train for her own instructor qualification, which she gained in April 2019.
She is now looking forward to supporting her own clients on their personal journeys to recovery and or fitness and general ease of movement.
