New to Pilates? Or you've just never done Reformer Pilates? The Pilates Reformer is a unique resistance training machine. Some of you will love it and get it immediately, for others this amazing contraption can be a bit daunting.
Our Reformer Introduction is a great workout but we'll also tour the machine and practice the essentials, so you can learn to use this machine with confidence. Then you're ready to exercise like you've never done before.
We will focus on getting you working with precision and control while discovering muscles you've forgotten how to use. Attend this intro and strong, long, and lean muscles will be in your future!
