The Pilates reformer is a versatile resistance training machine. With the Jump board attachment it becomes a horizontal trampoline. It will test your cardio, muscle endurance, core control and much more. Improving heart health, coordination and core stability.

Although not suitable for acute lower back issues this will be a great level to work toward to secure previously injured and unstable backs.
