Rushden Beginner Friendly Pilates Mat

This is our standard Pilates Mat class just kept a little simpler for those of you new to classes or who just want to brush up on the basics. You’ll get a good all-round workout, and our face to face classes come with loads of feedback too to help you master the basics
The class follows the same format of our Core mat classes but it's kept a little simpler with a gentler pace. Giving you more transition time between exercises, but we will still thoroughly mobilise your body and challenge every muscle fibre we can! And if you want to work a bit harder we can easily give out exercise variations to push individuals harder.
Over one hour you'll get a gentle but thorough full body workout, with an emphasis on good technique, improving posture, alignment, joint mobility and flexibility. We use your own body weight and sometimes Pilates gadgets to challenge your stability and core strength. Exercises can be made harder if you like, that choice is yours, we don't push you till you're ready and willing.
