Our Athletic and HIIT classes take Pilates precision and apply athletic training principles. Traditionally, Pilates has a steady pace and focuses on quality movement. This is great, but if you want to make changes to your shape and improve your physical fitness, you need to push yourself.
Our new style of Athletic Reformer uses resistance to push your muscles and heart to fatigue which creates the adaptation you want in your body. If you want to change your shape, improve endurance, bone density and strength you have to progressively overload while you exercise.
Try this great balanced workout, and with encouragement from our expert teachers you’ll work hard but come away pumped up ready for more.
