Shake off your lockdown aches and open the doors to our range of Pilates classes.

Over 3 x 1 Hour sessions you'll learn our terminology, the fundamental Pilates exercise and postures and will try some more advanced exercises too. We’ll also teach you important exercise principles like how to maintain good alignment and how to engage your core. It's a mix of theory and exercise so that by the end you'll have worked your whole body thoroughly and you'll understand how to exercise more effectively in and outside of classes.

Over the course we hope to build your confidence with our unique exercise style so when you join our regular classes you can get far more out of them and understand why we exercise the way we do.
