The spa’s might be shut but you can still relax and ease away muscle tightness yourself. In this 1 hour online class we’ll guide you through gentle mobilising exercises and self massage. All you need is a pair of massage/prickle balls

Our Pilates Prop classes are open to anyone complete beginners or our regulars. It's a chance to lay around with different unique Pilates exercises and to try out what we do.

For our Online classes you just need a decent camera phone, laptop or table. You'll be emailed a link before the class starts with the Zoom link to join your virtual studio.
