Try Pilates Online HIIT. Experience Pilates class with added oomph! In this Beginner Friendly class we will teach you how to push yourself precisely. You’ll work hard, raise your heart rate and challenge your muscle endurance with great alignment technique and core control.
These classes aren’t easy but they are small and you get live feedback to make sure you exercise effectively and safely. After a few of these Beginner friendly classes you’ll be able to settle into our regular classes and continue to develop, we’re always offering harder and easier exercise alternatives so we can help you get stronger, leaner and functionally fit.
As it’s an online class you will need a decent webcam, Zoom and space to exercise. Check our Online class guide for help on setting up for Zoom.
