Are you curious about Reformer Pilates? Of course you are. It’s the Resistance training workout used by the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo to strengthen limbs, improve flexibility and core control.

If you’ve been looking for a precise, joint friendly class that works you hard this is it. The Reformer is a unique exercise machine that uses springs for resistance. Coupled with Pilates technique, you get a class that can challenge you, tone you, improve your coordination and much more.

To help beginners settle in, this beginner friendly class keeps the exercises a little simpler. That way you can get moving and have a great workout without worrying about too much technical jargon.

You will get to know the machine though, and get a feel for the different levels of challenge you can experience. Then if you want to continue on in our regular classes you know what you're doing and you have an idea of where you can push yourself.
