The Reformer Favourites best of class is an hour of all the favourite exercises from our Reformer classes. It’s open to all ability levels but the bottom for any injury restrictions.
If you’ve not tried the Pilates Reformer then you’re in for a treat. It’s a unique and amazingly versatile resistance training machine. Normally the classes are challenging, you will build strength and stretch deeply.
There are some exercises on the Reformer though that feel incredible, you can click that stiff part of your spine; lengthen out stubbornly tight hamstrings; and some exercises are so fun that you don’t even notice how hard your working
Not suitable: for acute back pain or people with severe hyper-mobility.
