Neck and Shoulder Health Webinar

NECK AND SHOULDER PAINS IN LOCKDOWN, WITH STEPHANIE RODLEY - THURSDAY 16TH JULY 7PM

The lockdown is unlikely to have caused neck or shoulder pain by itself but, it could be exacerbating problems that have been building up for a while. A lot of these types on injuries develop over years of poor exercise, hunching over computers or work stations and from stress. Now in lockdown most of us can't escape phones, tablets and keyboards - and we haven’t all been able to get out and shake off these aches either. By being mindful of your posture and stopping to examine odd habits you might have at your desk or when you relaxing after work you might find an obvious cause for pain and stiffness. This webinar is an opportunity to learn how to help yourself. To learn how you can keep your neck and shoulders moving well and avoid pain. It’s also a chance to understand what might be happening if there’s pains travelling down your arms, is that a trapped nerved? Stephanie Rodley will be leading this webinar. She’s the co director of the Physical Therapy Clinic with Andy who did our first webinar and is the 'go to' physio on all things neck and shoulder related.
